Our Beginnings

Micor was founded in 1985 by Jim Minchella as a broadcast and production equipment re-seller. As digital signal processing spread to other industries Micor followed it, eventually branching into appraisal and inventory work for the Media and Telecommunications industries. As computing became an increasingly important aspect of post production, we began to move into industries which relied heavily on those technologies. We brought with us our expertise and our insight as we adapted our offerings to meet our clients’ changing needs. Micor prides itself on not just providing our clients with a solution, but an outcome.
